Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Creating and developing sales strategy for European markets
  • Developing the export market - active acquisition of new customers
  • Preparing commercial offers
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients
  • Conducting trade negotiations
  • Implementation of the assumed sales plans and reporting on current activities
  • Monitoring, analysis of sales, available market data and competition activities
  • Planning and shaping sales strategies on foreign markets
  • Representing the company in relations with clients and business meeting
  • Cooperation with other departments in the company

Nasze wymagania:

  • Knowledge of the EU fertilizer market - a must
  • Min. 1 year in the industry - a must
  • Experience in working in export department - a must (raw materials)
  • Ability to set priorities and effectively organize own work
  • Good negotiating and networking skills
  • Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel on business within the foreign markets of your responsibility
  • English and/or German min. B2 - ability to communicate in English and/or German that will allow you conduct negotiations and communicate with the clients on a daily basis
  • Knowledge of another foreign language will be considered an asset
