We’re currently looking for a motivated, representative preson to support the CEO in everyday tasks. If you want to work in a dynamic environment on many different tasks, you’re not afraid of challenges, you speak fluent English and/ or German – we’re waiting for your application.

Your responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive support for the CEO in everyday tasks
  • Coordination of meetings on the Company-Client line
  • Actively supporting the CEO in sales activities
  • Preparation of summaries, letters, meeting reports
  • Representing the CEO in external and internal contacts, creating a positive image of the company
  • Participation in business meetings in Poland and abroad
  • Collecting data and preparing analyzes
  • Preparing presentations for meetings

Our expectations:

  • Knowledge of English and/or German at a level enabling free communication (C1) – it is a must
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in the area of ​​supporting the management board/senior management
  • High communication skills, ease of establishing contacts, building relationships and negotiating (with superiors, team, external clients)
  • Experience in conducting research and preparing analyses
  • Very good organizational skills, working on many different tasks
  • High personal culture, discretion
  • Ability to work under pressure, resistance to stress
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel)
  • Readiness for business trips in Poland and abroad (mainly Germany, Switzerland)
